We aim to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected. Lumina Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. To initiate a return:

• Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
• Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after receiving the return
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

6. Product Warranty

All electronic products come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. Textile products are warranted against manufacturing defects for 1 year from purchase.
